Terms and conditions for use of images or other materials from the Media Centre

1. In downloading or using any image or material from this Media Centre "you" are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
2. The images or materials in this Media Centre are provided for your personal use or for the use of your business. They are not provided for supply to third parties or for re-sale.
3. Innovision Research & Technology Plc ("Innovision") hereby grants you a royalty free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use any intellectual property rights it owns in the images or materials in this Media Centre for the purposes of (a) downloading such images or materials; (b) using such images or materials in your business whether for the purpose of publishing an article, marketing literature or other business purpose; (c) affixing such images or materials to any products or other materials.
4. Please note save to the extent necessary for use of the images or materials no right to modify the images or materials is granted.
5. Images and materials do not include any trade mark or trade name owned by Innovision including the Innovision logo, Jewel logo, Topaz logo or other product logos or trade names. No licence or right is given to use such trade marks or trade names.
6. You agree to accredit Innovision as the source of the images or materials used in any publicly available product or literature by using the image or material together with the words "Supplied by Innovision Research & Technology Plc".
7. No warranty is given by Innovision that use of the images or materials will not infringe any third party intellectual property rights. As far as legally possible all implied warranties are hereby excluded and use of the images or materials is at your risk. Save in respect of death or personal injury resulting from Innovision or Innovision employee negligence or fraud by any Innovision employee, Innovision disclaims all liability for damages, costs and expenses incurred as a result of any use of the images or materials downloaded from the Media Centre.
8. Supply of the images and/or materials and these terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law. Any actions arising out of supply of the images and/or materials shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
