Directors’ shareholdings

 

The Company was today notified that Brian McKenzie and Dr Ian Buckley-Golder, Directors of the Company, have today transferred the new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) acquired as part of the placing of new Ordinary Shares announced on 3 July 2009 to their respective SIPPs.

 

Brian McKenzie sold 41,600 Ordinary Shares at 21.5pence per share and re-acquired 41,600 Ordinary Shares through his SIPP at 22.49pence per share. The sale and acquisition were both made on 10 September 2009 and Brian McKenzie’s holding in the Company remains 41,600 Ordinary Shares which equates to approximately 0.04% of the Company’s issued share capital.

 

Dr Ian Buckley-Golder sold 41,600 Ordinary Shares at 21.5pence per share and re-acquired 41,600 Ordinary Shares through his SIPP at 22.49pence per share. The sale and acquisition were both made on 10 September 2009 and Dr Ian Buckley-Golder’s holding in the Company remains 72,350 Ordinary Shares which equates to approximately 0.08% of the Company’s issued share capital.
