Result of EGM

 

 

Following the announcement made by the Company on 3 July 2009 of a proposed placing of 30,000,000 Placing Shares (the “Announcement”), the Company is pleased to confirm that the Resolutions proposed at the EGM held earlier today were duly passed.

 

Application has been made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.  As explained in the Announcement, admission of the Placing Shares to trading on AIM is expected to occur in two tranches:

 

-          4,115,740 VCT Placing Shares on 28 July 2009

-          25,884,260 Non-Qualifying Placing Shares on 29 July 2009
