Gem™ SoC IP from Innovision offers the ultimate in NFC SoC versatility, ideal for NFC Reader/Writer, Peer to Peer and Card/Tag emulation applications.
Interoperability
Gem functionality delivers high performance NFC devices and global NFC interoperability with existing and emerging standard for contactless payment, mass transit ticketing, access control and smart objects including ISO/IEC 18092, 21481, 14443A&B, and 15693.
Versatile
Designed to be flexible, the Gem architecture offers:
- 350nm to 90nm (45nm) solutions covering the key semiconductor processes for consumer electronics device chipsets
- Gem NFC controller and transceiver solutions as either integrated or discrete solutions
- Customizable Gem features and interfaces for integration into host devices
