Innovision's engineering capability does not just stop at the bond pads of an IC. Our Systems Engineering team enable complete end products to be developed and manufactured in high volume. From concept to production, Innovision can help you realise your project every step of the way.

Prototyping

Innovision R&T understands the value of effective prototype engineering in the concept design cycle. A well-constructed and fully functional model embodying - what has often only been - a theoretical concept provides instant buy-in and a basis for on-going development and refinement. Innovision R&T's in-house prototype engineering team provide the skills, techniques and 3D CAD and rapid prototyping tools necessary to transform concept into reality.

System/Antenna Modelling

To underwrite the design and production viability of bespoke solutions, Innovision R&T makes extensive use of its in-house developed computer-aided mathematical modelling during the initial pre-engineering phase of a project and the main system design phases. This methodology does not only help visualise complex system behaviours under application-specific conditions but is also critically used to demonstrate and maximise design robustness. Therefore, Innovision can effectively re-create the key design variables of your RFID/NFC project and determine how to develop a customised solution.

Innovision uses custom developed modelling tools such as Matlab, SystemView, Pspice and MathCAD.

Engineering Design

Innovision's System Engineering group have the full capability, working from first principles for electronics design in RF, hardware, embedded software (4-bit upto 32-bit+) and C/C++ for the PC. Furthermore, each design is targeted to production under a strict ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 (medical) quality system. Innovision creates not only reference designs for production, but also Technical Construction Files, as well as worldwide Type Approvals (FCC, CE, EMC) and often developing custom full production test equipment to ensure high quality in volume production.
