Further to Broadcom International Limited's announcement of 13 July 2010 stating that its recommended cash offer for the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of the Company to be wholly unconditional and its intention to procure the cancellation of admission to trading on AIM of the Company's ordinary shares, the Company announces that the expected time and date of cancellation of the Company's ordinary shares from trading on AIM is 7.00 a.m. on 13 August 2010.
